Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Ordered wrong size?  Simply email a message requesting for an exchange for different size and a return label will be sent to you via email.  Place the unused and unwashed clothing in its original or other acceptable packaging and attach return label.  Drop off at your local post office or closest UPS store. Once item is received, a new size will be sent to you.  You have 14 days from date of receipt and/or delivery date when choosing this option. 

Unhappy with your purchase?  You have two choices.  First choice is to give your purchase to someone else that would like it, such as a friend, family, coworker or even your biker crush.  Email a request for a refund and reason for not satisfied with your purchase (feedback is greatly appreciated).  A refund will begin processing back on the original payment method within 1-3 business days.  Second choice would be to email a request for return and a full refund.  A return label will be sent to you via email.  Place the unused and unwashed clothing in its original or other acceptable packaging and attach return label.  Drop off at your local post office or closest UPS store.  Once item is received, a refund will begin processing back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.  You have 14 days from date of receipt and/or date of delivery with these choices.
